Meaning
Everyone has a different kind of strength. For some it is creativity, for others skill, care, humor, craft, vision or the ability to solve what others cannot.
The problem begins when you ignore your own rhythm and start copying someone else’s path. A borrowed life may look impressive, but it rarely feels alive.
That is Law 005. Find your groove. Your gift is the engine. Don’t live in borrowed rhythm.
The words
Lyrics
ICitizens of the groove...
By order of the Vibe Dictator:
Law Number Five.Find your groove.
Your gift is the engine.
Don't live in borrowed rhythm.Stop chasing somebody else's dream,
stop chasing lights that don't know your name.
You've got a spark with its own kind of thunder,
you've got a pulse with its own private flame. Some build bridges, some heal wounds,
some make the whole room laugh and breathe.
Some turn dust into dancing shoes,
some plant a seed and make it bloom.Don't fake the groove,
don't wear the mask.
The thing you love
might be the thing to trust.Find your groove,
turn the key, make it move.
Your gift is the engine,
your gift is the proof.Find your groove,
let it hit, let it shine.
Don't live in borrowed rhythm,
don't dance in borrowed shoes.Move what only you can move.
Do what only you can do.
Find your groove.
Find your groove.
IIMaybe your gold is in the kitchen,
maybe your fire is in the sound.
Maybe your hands can fix what's broken
when everybody else breaks down.Maybe you see doors where others see walls,
maybe you hear songs in the rain.
Maybe your magic looks ordinary
until it saves the day again.Don't trade your spark
for a louder flame.
The world doesn't need copies
wearing different names.Find your groove,
turn the key, make it move.
Your gift is the engine,
your gift is the proof.Find your groove,
let it hit, let it shine.
Don't live in borrowed rhythm,
don't dance in borrowed shoes.Move what only you can move.
Do what only you can do.
Find your groove.
Find your groove. There's a story in your heartbeat,
there's a rhythm in your hands.
There's a reason you keep waking
with a fire you understand. No borrowed crown,
no borrowed throne.
The groove gets real
when the groove is your own.Find your groove,
turn the key, make it move.
Your gift is the engine,
your gift is the proof.Find your groove,
let it hit, let it shine.
Don't live in borrowed rhythm,
don't dance in borrowed shoes.Move what only you can move.
Do what only you can do.
Find your groove.
Find your groove.Law Number Five:
Find your groove.
Your gift is the engine.
Don't live in borrowed rhythm.
The groove has spoken.
